Hello all! The purpose of this blog is to reach out to new husbands and fathers everywhere and figure out how to do these jobs! I am just new to being a husband and I am a soon to be father! Yikes!  I look at my dad, he's a pro, he's got grand kids hanging off his arms and he has tons of energy and knows how to keep the kids happy and entertained. I play with my neices and nephews and I loose interest or they loose interest and go play with grandpa!
  Anyway my story is pretty basic I got married to my beautiful wife a little over a year ago, and may I add its the best thing I have ever done. I know it sounds cliche to say that because every country song, romantic movie, or old man says that to people around them, but its true! She is the woman of my dreams and seven and a half months pregnant! Through out this past year I have been thinking i wish there was a handbook I could go to or a person I could ask about these problems, questions, concerns, and a sounding board to figure things out. You know things like budgeting, conflict resolution, finding quality time with your wife, and just keeping things fun and light in your relationship.

   There we are! its hard to believe that we have been married over a year already, if this is any indication of how life is going to fly by I better find some way to slow things down!
